A little bit about me….
I support adults, children, and families navigating some one of life’s most emotionally complex challenges- separation, divorce, co-parenting, and emotional overwhelm.
This work is personal for me.
My own divorce was the start of a profound unraveling—and rebuilding—of who I thought I was. Navigating the realities of systems and services which have been set up with a one fits all approach left me feeling isolated, invalidated and confused. I emerged from that experience with a deeper connection to my body, my breath, my nervous system, and my sense of self. I also saw clearly how much support was missing from traditional services. I wanted to offer something more integrated. More embodied. More compassionate.
With a background in communications, extensive training in yoga therapy and certification in divorce coaching and domestic abuse training , I’ve developed an integrative approach that enables me to safely and compassionately guide clients towards empowered life choices, clarity and healing.

Who I Work With
Adults navigating separation, divorce, chronic stress & emotional overwhelm
Children struggling with anxiety, change, or family transitions
Co-parents or ex-partners seeking calmer communication
Law firms, mediators & collaborative teams looking to reduce conflict and support emotional wellbeing
Individuals rebuilding identity, self-worth, and nervous system resilience during and after separation & divorce

PERSON CENTRED WORK…
I use a holistic, somatic approach that puts each client’s unique experience at the heart of our work together. Bringing together therapeutic body-mind tools, coaching, empowerment and nervous system education allows clients to move beyond talking to find grounding, safety, and presence in body, breath and mind that can be applied in daily life.

Core Beliefs
You don’t have to go through this alone.
Healing happens in safe spaces where all parts of you are welcome.
The body is wise—and when we reconnect with it, we recover pieces of ourselves we thought were lost.
Every transition holds the potential for transformation.
