A child’s world can feel very uncertain during family transitions. Alongside my training as a Divorce Coach, I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist with additional training in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. I support children through stress, anxiety, and family transitions using safe, trauma-informed practices including movement, breath, creativity and emotional regulation tools.
